The good people at PPP have been busy lately, polling about half the states asking questions about potential Republican candidates and their performance versus Obama. At first glance it seems silly to poll so early, but it turns out in 2008 there was some useful information to be gleaned from the results, and so there may be again, especially in the case of Palin versus Obama.
